Geniq Inc. was launched in the fall of 2019 to introduce the qPlatform to the broader healthcare market.
Tom Zaves joined Geniq in September 2019 after serving as senior VP and general manager of strategic operations for Inform Diagnostics. He is a seasoned leader with a passion for serving customers and patients. Tom has an outstanding track record of growing businesses and maximizing profits through innovation and operational excellence.
Tom has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare services industries, including diagnostics, pharmacy benefits management, hospital GPO, and value-based/delegated risk markets. Throughout his career, he has developed and leveraged healthcare information technology to transform and grow businesses. Tom holds an MBA from The University of Dallas, where he graduated with honors. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
Christina Diaz joined Geniq in February 2021 after serving as director of case management for CareMore Health, where she led design and implementation of new case management and utilization management programs for a wide range of populations and partnerships. She brought with her more than 25 years of in-depth knowledge of implementing innovative solutions that improve workflows and administrative services to gain efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Christina credits her work ethic to her immigrant parents, who always set the example of honest, hard work and family values. She continues to set an example for her son, stepchildren, and grandchildren by demonstrating to them that hard work and loyalty can lead to an impactful life, as well as a meaningful career.
Alejandra Garcia joined Geniq in October 2021 and brought with her 15 years of experience in the health care industry. Having previously served as a trainer and product owner in utilization management, she values collaboration between clinical, operational, and IT teams to achieve optimal business objectives. Her focus is simplifying the complexities of health care to enhance both provider and patient experience, and she has a proven track record in process improvement. Outside of work, her daughter and family bring her daily joy and drive her to succeed.
