Geniq Inc. was launched in the fall of 2019 to introduce the qPlatform to the broader healthcare market.
Tom Zaves joined Geniq in September 2019 after serving as senior VP and general manager of strategic operations for Inform Diagnostics. He is a seasoned leader with a passion for serving customers and patients. Tom has an outstanding track record of growing businesses and maximizing profits through innovation and operational excellence.
Tom has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare services industries, including diagnostics, pharmacy benefits management, hospital GPO, and value-based/delegated risk markets. Throughout his career, he has developed and leveraged healthcare information technology to transform and grow businesses. Tom holds an MBA from The University of Dallas, where he graduated with honors. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
After graduating UC Berkeley in 2019, Aaron joined the business analytics team at Heritage Provider Network, where he utilized the qPlatform on a daily basis to inform strategic decisions and ensure quality care delivery. Having gained expertise in the qPlatform as a product user, Aaron was recruited by Geniq to help commercialize the qPlatform for the broader healthcare market. Outside of the office, Aaron coaches basketball for a local high school and enjoys playing saxophone and golf.
Bryan joined Geniq in October of 2021 after serving as a senior project manager in the private finance sector for six years. He is PMP certified and is pursuing an MBA at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School. Bryan’s focus is to implement a project management framework that aligns with Geniq’s long-term strategy to ensure high growth for many years to come. Outside of the office, Bryan loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, recreational basketball, and hiking.
